A new community and healthcare facility built to serve tribal members in the Wanblee area of South Dakota. LaCreek delivered this project from ground-up — including site preparation, foundation, full structural build-out, stone veneer exterior, and final landscaping. The building features an ADA-accessible entrance, modern commercial windows, and a finish quality that reflects the community’s investment.
